Senior Revenue Manager

We are looking to strengthen our Revenue Management team and hiring a Senior Revenue Manager (f/m/d) who will be helping Mister Spex to grow business in various markets.
You will join the Revenue Management team and the Marketing Department and will be reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Management, Ekaterina.
The team's areas of responsibilities include:
Steering P&L Retail Revenues Management Expansion Commercial Plan Business Line Strategy Promotional and other high-impact CampaignsThe Revenue Management Team aims at maximizing Mister Spex revenues and profits per market by identifying opportunities for further growth and by providing concrete recommendations to other teams within Marketing: Category Management, Performance, CRM & Marketing Operations, as well as other: Data/BI, Product and more.
Your responsibilities
Work within Revenue Management Team and closely with CMO and marketing Team Leads and identify their business needs Support BI and Data Teams in creation and development of dashboards, tools, and alerts (mainly on PowerBI) to provide automated insights to the Revenue Management Team Work with BI and Data stakeholders to identify suitable data sources and collection methods Building ad hoc strategic analyses regarding country-specific commercial topicsYour background
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related discipline Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Revenue Management, Marketing Operations, or strategy role in B2C business or consulting Working experience in data analysis or marketing channels is a big plus Experience in data cleaning, modelling, and visualization (especially on PowerBI) Great communication and stakeholder management skills, up to C-Level Fluency in written and verbal English and German is a must , knowledge of other European languages is a plus. Strong analytical and project management skills and ability to develop creative solutions to solve problem statements Data-driven and very well self-organized individual with a can-do attitude.Your benefits with us
