Durch einen **mehrmonatigen Aufenthalt** im Bereich **Recovery Management** erhältst Du on top spannende Einblicke in das Restrukturierungsgeschäft und somit einen gesamtheitlichen Überblick in die operativen Kreditrisikobereiche unserer Bank.Konkret erwarten Dich die folgenden Aufgaben und Themen bei uns:
- Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen innerhalb des aktuellen Markt
- und Branchenumfeldes, Plausibilisierung von Unternehmenszahlen und Bewertung der Zukunftsstrategien unserer Kund:innen
- Vorbereitung der Entscheidungsvorlagen für Kompetenzträger:innen, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den am Kreditprozess beteiligten Stakeholdern auf Vertriebsseite
- Entwicklung strategischer und operativer Lösungsoptionen für größtenteils internationale Unternehmen und Projekte unterschiedlicher Industrien in schwierigen Situationen oder mit problembehafteten Geschäftsbereichen
- Identifikation und Beurteilung von Handlungsalternativen wie Unternehmensfortführung durch zukunftsfähige Sanierung, Carve-Out, M&A, Liquidation oder Kreditverkauf
