Job Title: Senior Business Development & Sales Manager for B2B Banking Software (m/f/d)

  • You'll be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing our B2B Banking Software business in Germany and parts of Europe.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and IT Operations to analyze potential customer needs and focus on building long-term partnerships.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and exploring new business opportunities through proactive acquisition and relationship building in the financial industry.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Building an active network through participation in industry events in Europe.
  • Utilizing your network to initiate new sales opportunities and partnerships.
  • Managing all activities within the sales cycle, including contract negotiations and closures.
  • Collaborating with various teams for customer-centric solutions development.
  • Creating sales/growth plans to meet company objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales for B2B Banking and Financial software with a proven track record.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German banking market, industry standards, and negotiation practices.
  • Ability to lead successful negotiations and bring them to closure.
  • Strong cooperative work approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analysis abilities to identify market opportunities.
  • Structured and systematic approach to tasks and projects.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Fluency in German and English; international experience is a plus.
