Ihre Aufgaben
**Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Sourcing Strategien, Methoden, Lösungen und Prozessen sowie von Kostenoptimierungen im Bereich **direct goods**
- Suche von neuen Lieferanten und alternativen Materialien
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Anfragen inkl. Erstellung der Angebotsvergleiche
- Unterstützung, Vorbereitung und Teilnahme bei Verhandlungen und Verträgen
- Eigenständige Übernahme von Verhandlungen und Verträge für definierte Gebiete
- Verantwortlich für die strategische und taktische Beschaffung von direct goods
- Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Risikobeurteilung
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Nachhaltigkeitsmatrix für den Bereich direct goods
- Selbstständige Pflege von beschaffungsbezogenen Stammdaten in SAP (u.a. Einkaufsinfosätze, Material, Lieferanten etc.)
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungsworkflows zu SAP - MM Bestellungen
- Zusätzlicher Expert für: Nutzwertanalysen und Kostenreduzierungen
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Idealerweise bereits erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Einkaufsumfeld
- Kommunikationsstärke, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Sie verfügen über Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP) runden Ihr Profil ab
