About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Backshop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality baked goods and fresh food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers
  • Effectively merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store display of our baked goods and fresh food products
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; baking or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
