Das Tropical Islands ist Europas größtes tropisches Resort auf über 460ha. Der "Dome" ist mit 360 m Länge, 201 m Breite, 107 m Höhe und m2 die größte freitragende Halle der Welt. Unser Dschungel umfasst mehr als Pflanzen.

Mit einer Kapazität von knapp 3000 Betten, verteilt auf 2 Hotels, unserem Resort, unserem Campingplatz, sowie unseren Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten im "Dome", sind wir der größte Übernachtungsanbieter der Region und einer der größten in Deutschland. Dazu kommt ein Kongresszentrum mit einer Kapazität für 400 Personen.

Mit einer Besucheranzahl bis zu 6.500 Besuchern täglich sind wir der größte Wasserpark in Deutschland. Knapp 550 Mitarbeiter aus bis zu 30 Nationen kümmern sich um unsere Gäste. Bezogen auf unsere Größe betreiben wir unsere eigene Werkfeuerwehr und sind zudem unser eigener Energieversorger.

Aufgaben

Von Comfort Food bis zum servierten á la Carte bietet das Tropical Islands alles, was das kulinarische Herz begehrt All das findest Du in 7 Restaurants, 5 Bars & Lounges, 1Tagungs- und Konferenzzentrum inmitten unserer tropischen Landschaft. Bis zu 6.500 Personen des Parks werden bei uns an einem guten Tag rund um die Uhr verpflegt Unser Unternehmen bietet bis zu 3.000 Betten im Dome und im Resort.

Konzepte sind für uns keine Dinge, die in Stein gemeißelt oder für die Ewigkeit gemacht sind, sondern eine Reflektion der Trends und Wünsche unserer Gäste DU kannst bei einer Umsatzverantwortung von EUR 21 Mio. diese nach Herz und Laune kreativ und eigenständig umsetzen.

Über 170 Mitarbeiter in Service, Küchen & Warenwirtschaft fördern und fordern, um gemeinsam den weltgrößten Indoor Freizeitpark auch kulinarisch immer weiter nach Vorne zu bringen und auszubauen.

Deine operative Präsenz machen Dich zum wichtigen Bindeglied und Ansprechpartner für Kollegen, Mitarbeiter, Gäste, Lieferanten und Geschäftsleitung.

Du sorgst für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Deiner Abteilung u.a. durch die Aufrechterhaltung hervorragender Qualitätsstandards und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Wareneinsätzen sowie Anpassung des Speise- und Getränkeangebots.

Profil
  • Abschluss: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Restaurant- / Hotelfach o.ä.
    Abschluss staatlich geprüfter Hotelbetriebswirt von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als F&B Manager oder vergleichbarer Position sowie im Führen von Mitarbeitern Erfahrungen im Bereich F&B sind hier nicht nur zwingend erforderlich, sondern eine Grundvoraussetzung.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse über POS-Systeme und erweiterte Kenntnisse über Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Eigenschaften: Exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Besondere Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie als Vorbild zu fungieren
