Im Bereich Dispersions & Resins bieten wir ein umfassendes Sortiment von Resins, Harzen, Additiven und Polymerdispersionen. Diese Rohstoffe kommen in Formulierungen unter anderem für Lacke, Bauchemikalien, Klebstoffe, Druck- und Verpackungserzeugnisse, Elektronik und Papier zum Einsatz. AUFGABEN

Die BASF Construction Additives GmbH beschäftigt sich mit chemischen Additiven für die Trockenmörtelindustrie. Unsere Einheit Application Technology bildet die technische Schnittstelle zum Kunden und prüft die Wirkungsweise von Additiven in spezifischen Anwendungen.

  • In Ihrer neuen Position übernehmen Sie die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines kleinen Laborteams im Bereich Technical Sales.
  • Kundenorientierung ist das A&O: Sie sorgen für den Transfer von neuen R&D-Produkten aus der Entwicklung zum Kunden.
  • Zudem bearbeiten Sie technische Fragestellungen, beispielsweise beim Benchmarking von Konkurrenzprodukten, und arbeiten eng mit dem Produktmanagement sowie dem strategischen Marketing zusammen.
  • Sie leiten internationale Kundenprojekte und gestalten internationale Produktworkshops als Vertriebskanal sowie Plattform für den Launch neuer Produkte mit.
  • Nicht zuletzt erstellen Sie technische Broschüren und übernehmen die Schulung der globalen Vertriebsmannschaft.
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemie, Bauingenieurswesen, Mineralogie oder Geowissenschaften, bevorzugt mit Promotion
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauumfeld
  • bevorzugt Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analyse- und Prüfgeräten
  • Expertise in der Personalführung sowie Projekterfahrung
  • sehr gute Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamplayer, um gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen
