**Role Overview**

The Technical sales representative is our technical expert for Hydraulic products from HERION Systemtechnik. You will support sales and customer service in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Your tasks**
- Provide Remote and On-Site Technical support to internal and external customers ensuring the development of customer-specific solutions, taking technical requirements into account
- Responsible for order management, from independently processing customer inquiries, to creating qualified offers and calculating sales prices, to conducting price negotiations
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Support and resolve technical complaints
- Support the acquisition of new customers and the development of strategic and long-term business relationships
