Mit diesen Aufgaben unterstützt Du unser Team:

  • Du trägst zur unternehmens- und fachbereichsspezifischen Talent-Akquise bei
  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Sourcing-Strategien, identifizierst neue Kanäle und baust so einen internen Talentpool auf, sodass sich potenzielle Kandidat:innen mit uns verbunden fühlen
  • Du agierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für Kandidat:innen und stellst eine positive Kandidatenerfahrung sicher
  • Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur strategischen Ausrichtung und effektiven Personalgewinnung des Talent Acquisition Teams
  • Du entwickelst kreative Ideen und neue Ansätze rund um das Thema Active Sourcing, z. B. in Form von neuen Ansprache- und Suchstrategien für digitale Talente
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Recruitern und Fachabteilungen zur Ermittlung der genauen Anforderungen an die zu besetzenden Positionen zusammen
  • Du erstellst und schaltest die Stellenausschreibungen auf verschiedenen Plattformen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Gewünschter Abschluss: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Active Sourcing und Social Networking ist von großem Vorteil
  • Anwendbare Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken (Xing, LinkedIn etc.) sind erwünscht
  • Ein souveränes und sicheres Auftreten solltest du mitbringen sowie die Motivation und Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Deine selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise wird durch Teamgeist und Einsatzbereitschaft ergänzt
  • Kenntnisse in der IT-Branche und gängiger Technologien
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
