Technical Buyer

Als Technical Buyer rapporteer je aan de Strategic Buyer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van een optimale kostenefficiëntie binnen jouw technische scope. Daarnaast onderhandel je met leveranciers en negotieer je de beste prijzen waarbij je ook de beste relaties onderhoudt.
Je adviseert de departementen in het aanreiken van opportuniteiten en oplossingen.
Ten slotte voer je de aankoopprocessen op een efficiënte wijze uit.
- Je bent operationeel verantwoordelijk voor aankoopdienst, planning, RFI/RFQ/Tenders, contract management,... binnen jouw technische scope
- De bestellingen worden, in samenwerking met de Operational Procurement Specialist, door jou verwerkt en opgevolgd m.b.t. levertermijn, kwaliteit en prijs
- In samenspraak met de Strategic Buyer neem je de leiding bij de opstart van nieuwe projecten/leveranciers en sta je ook in voor de verdere opvolging hiervan
- Ook de administratieve opvolging van het volledige technische aankoopproces behoort tot jouw takenpakket
- Je werkt nauw samen met de departementen onderhoud, engineering en productie
- Tenslotte ben je key-user in SAP
**Profiel**:
Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of kan ervaring voorleggen in een technische (economische) werkomgeving. Relevante ervaring binnen aankoop is hierbij een plus.
Daarnaast ben je commercieel ingesteld en beschik je over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
- Je bent enthousiast, gemotiveerd en klantgericht
- Je hebt een volledige hands-on mentaliteit
Een extra plus:
- Kennis van SAP4HANA
- Voorgaande ervaring (2-3 jaar) in (petro)chemische / industriële sector
