**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des zugewiesenen Teams
Verantwortlich für die Koordination der Teamaktivitäten und für die Stärkung der Teamarbeit
Überwachen der E-Mails der Agenten auf "call closure" Anfragen/Probleme
Überwachung der Rechnungsstellung auf eventuelle Zollstrafen
Sicherstellung der Klärung von Umladungen/Eingängen
Unterstützung bei Problemen mit PIN-Codes
Unterstützung bei der Klärung von Disputes mit Kunden
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Longstanding Team
**Ihr Profil**:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau (w/m/d) und/oder agbeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Schifffahrt oder Logistik
Erfahrung in der Schifffahrts-/Logistikbranche
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Schifffahrt und Dokumentation
Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Stärkung eines effektiven Teams
Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Prioritäten bei der Arbeitsbelastung zu setzen
Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen
