Projektmanager Strategic Development / Unternehmensentwicklung (w/m/d)
Unbefristet in Vollzeit
In dieser Position arbeitest Du in direkter Nähe zur Geschäftsführung der GLS Germany. Von Beginn an übernimmst Du verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und arbeitest gemeinsam mit uns an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung der GLS Germany.

Nach der Einarbeitungszeit kannst Du größtenteils aus dem Homeoffice arbeiten.
Aufgaben
  • Du leitest selbstständig strategische Projekte, z. B. zu neuen Geschäftsmodellen, Kunden und Marktstrategien, Effizienzsteigerung, digitalen Lösungen und Nachhaltigkeit / ESG
  • Du gestaltest und hältst cross-funktionale Workshops zur Strategie und Organisationsentwicklung für das mittlere und obere Management
  • Du erstellst Kommunikationsunterlagen und Präsentationen für das Top-Management
  • Du beobachtest den Markt, erarbeitest strategische Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen und gibst Handlungsempfehlungen ab

Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Volkswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder der Unternehmensentwicklung
  • Du hast erstes Know How im agilen Projektmanagement und in digitalen Trends wie KI, Big Data und Robotik
  • Du arbeitest konzeptionell, analytisch, strukturiert sowie ergebnisorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
