Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) in Strategic Partner Management

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the strategic, future-oriented development of partner management
  • Prepare for and participate in annual supplier meetings and other discussions with suppliers
  • Verify and monitor capacity specifications and areas of deployment of suppliers
  • Compile reports from Qlik and Excel for presentations and meetings
  • Further develop department-specific applications and project files, maintaining and updating data
  • Request and compile documents for contract creation
  • Coordinate training for new suppliers and technicians (m/f/d)
  • Address supplier inquiries (both phone and written)
  • Handle simple supplier requests
  • Monitor deadlines for unresolved matters

Your Qualifications:

  • You are pursuing a degree with a focus on business administration or a related field
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team-oriented and strong communication skills are essential
  • Proficient in German
