  • Als Teil der Abteilung Projekt- und Prozessmanagement leitest du eigenverantwortlich Projekte und bist maßgeblich für die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse zuständig.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Teammitgliedern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Umsetzung deiner Projekte und Prozesse reibungslos verläuft und alle Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Im Rahmen deiner Projektmanagementtätigkeit identifizierst du Projektanforderungen und -ziele, bewertest die Risiken im Projekt, erstellst Projektzeitpläne und überwachst die Meilensteine. Um sicherzustellen, dass das Projekt innerhalb des Budgets bleibt, überwachst du Projektbudgets und Ausgaben.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Prozessverständnis und stellst im operativen Tagesgeschäft einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher. Du erstellst Schulungsunterlagen und führst Schulungen unserer bestehenden und neuen Mitarbeiter*innen der Abteilung durch. Fragen von Kolleg*innen werden von dir bearbeitet und du klärst komplexere Themen in funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit, bspw. mit unserer IT.
  • Um Prozessschwächen zu beheben, wertest du Prozesskennzahlen aus und leitest geeignete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation oder betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium.
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder technischen Support von Medizinprodukten wünschenswert.
  • Gute Kenntnisse MS Office, Google Applikationen und SAP R/3, gerne mit Key User Erfahrung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Leidenschaft für die Arbeit im Team und die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
