Deine Aufgaben
  • Du hast den Oral Care Markt fest im Blick und definierst die Anforderungen für neue innovative Produkte, um mit den richtigen Partnern in die Umsetzung gehen zu können
  • Du baust Beziehungen zu strategischen Lieferanten und Partnern auf, führst Vertragsverhandlungen und sicherst uns die besten Konditionen.
  • Du analysierst die neuesten Beschaffungsanforderungen und Markttrends, um Kosteneinsparungen und Effizienzsteigerungen zu identifizieren.
  • Du übernimmst das Risikomanagement und implementierst Strategien zur Risikominderung in der Lieferkette.
  • Du bist im ständigen Austausch mit externen und internen Stakeholdern, damit wir mit unseren Produkten immer einen Schritt voraus sind
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)ingenieurwesen, Produktmanagement, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast schon mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Lieferantenmanagement, Angebotserstellung und im operativen Einkauf bei der Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen sammeln können
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Erschließung neuer Produktkategorien und willst mit deinen Ideen die Welt ein Stück weit verbessern
  • Du hast zwei wirksame Arbeits-Modi: individuelle Arbeit und Zusammenarbeit, dabei bringst du eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit- und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
  • Du hast kreative Vibes und willst mit uns das Kundenerlebnis im Bereich Mundpflege revolutionieren
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
