Als Head of Rental & Used Trucks (m/w/d) wirst du Teil eines unschlagbaren Teams für unsere Region Deutschland. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team aus 3 direkten und 7 indirekten Mitarbeitern und einer Organisation an 14 Standorten mit über 80 Mitarbeitern begleitest, unterstützt und steuerst du das STILL Rental & Used Geschäft in DE (Direktvertrieb und Händlervertrieb). **Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist maßgeblich für das profitable Wachstum des STILL Rental & Used Geschäftes in Deutschland zuständig und treibst die Erreichung der kurz
- und mittelfristigen Leistungskennzahlen (Umsatz, Bruttomarge, Flottengröße und struktur/Flottenauslastung/Flottenalter, Gebrauchtgerätebestände etc.) aktiv voran
- Unter Berücksichtigung der STILL Strategie und sich rasant verändernder Marktsituationen entwickelst du unser Rental & Used Portfolio fortlaufend, treibst die Optimierung des Geschäfts in der Region Deutschland voran und bist dabei operativ als auch kommerziell umsatzverantwortlich
- Im Rahmen eines regelmäßigen Performance-Managements verfolgst du die laufende Zielerreichung des operativen Geschäftes und sofern notwendig erarbeitest du taktische Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisabsicherung bzw. für kurzfristige Ergebnisverbesserungen
- Du führst ein direktes Team aus 3 Headquarter Mitarbeitern und 7 indirekten Mitarbeitern; arbeitest eng mit unseren 14 Hauptniederlassungen DE zusammen und verantwortest einem Jahresumsatz von 160 mio. €
- Du sammelst Marktinformationen sowie Markttrends, um daraus mögliche Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung zu erarbeiten; in diesem Zusammenhang ist sicherzustellen, dass unser Rental & Used Produkte/-Dienstleistungen wettbewerbsfähig im Markt platziert bleiben/werden
- Du agierst maßgeblich als Markenvertreter:in für das STILL Rental & Used Geschäft in der Region Deutschland, pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Funktionen und wahrst regionale STILL-Interessen in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Produkt
- und Supportabteilungen
- Im Austausch mit anderen Vertriebsregionen unterstützt du "Best Practice Sharing" aus den Märkten

**Deine Stärken**:

- Du verfügst über einen kaufmännischen oder technischen Hochschulabschluss sowie umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Investitionsgütern, idealerweise im Bereich Rental & Used
- Insbesondere deine fachliche, als auch disziplinarische Führungserfahrung in komplexen (Matrix-) Organisationen wirst du in dieser Rolle einbringen können; ebenso kannst du uns von deiner umfangreichen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement überzeugen
- Deine ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie routinierte Präsentationsfähigkeiten sind für uns besonders interessant; eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Umsetzungsstärke und Eigeninitiative setzen wir voraus
- Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %) runden dein Profil ab
