Role & Responsibilities:


As the Brand Lead, you will strategize, develop, manage, and promote Riverty's brand in the market to meet specific business objectives.

Your role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that differentiates our brand, appeals to our target audience, and delivers measurable business outcomes.


  • Develop a compelling brand strategy, including positioning, target audience, and messaging and take responsibility for consumer and productrelated topics.
  • Take full responsibility for developing and executing integrated brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using insights from market research to refine the brand strategy and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximized ROI and business growth.
  • Maintain the brand's visual identity consistency, including logos, colors, and packaging design across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to incorporate the brand across all business aspects.
  • Establish a strong 2C community approach to bolster relations between our brand and consumers globally.
  • Oversee a team of brand managers, brand designers, and community managers, providing leadership and guidance for effective collaboration and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a requirement and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in fintech or related industries.
  • Strategic thinking ability to analyze complex situations, identify trends, and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth and outpace competitors.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, interacting crossfunctionally across various internal teams.
  • Openness to change and adaptability to new strategies, tools, and methodologies to remain ahead in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to attract top talents, foster a diverse and inclusive environment, empower team members, and build strong relationships that foster collaboration and productivity.
  • Visionary thinking to guide the organization towards longterm goals, inspiring and aligning teams with a proactive strategic mindset, pragmatic execution, and a passion for datadriven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and moderation skills in English and one of the languages of our locations (German, Dutch, or Swedish).
