We are seeking a
Head of Brand Growth to join our marketing team; who will lead the Brand Growth Team - consisting of design, content, social media, and influencer marketing teams in this role to create compelling content and drive brand growth.
Your primary responsibilities will be to scale these teams profitably and elevate our design and content to the next level.
What is the role about?
- Lead and develop the brand growth team consisting of design, content, social media, and influencer marketing teams
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand growth strategy that aligns with Tourlane's overall marketing objectives
- Establish clear KPIs for each team and regularly track progress toward our company goals, such as generating leads and bookings, scaling influencer marketing profitably, and increasing our brand awareness
- Develop and manage a team budget to ensure profitable growth
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in design, content, social media, and influencer marketing
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to encourage team members to share new ideas and improve processes
- Lead the recruitment and development of team members to ensure a highperforming team.
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, focusing on branding, design, content, social media, and influencer marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand growth strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ people
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content
- Experience in a fastpaced, highgrowth startup environment preferred
- A passion for travel and an understanding of the travel industry is a plus
- Native level in either German or English. French is a plus.
