YOUR POTENTIAL POSITION

As a Regional ESG Specialist, you will aid the Regional ESG Lead in implementing SAP's ESG commitments at a regional level by customizing global ESG strategies to suit local requirements. Your responsibilities will include project management, risk evaluation, and exploration of regional ESG opportunities.

  • Help in customizing global governance and compliance frameworks to regional specifications.
  • Assist in launching and overseeing regional ESG projects, including vendor selection.
  • Ensure regional implementation conforms to ESG standards and goals.
  • Assist in evaluating and responding to regional ESG risks and possibilities, offering strategic input.
  • Contribute to regional ESG reporting, data gathering, and analysis.
  • Cultivate connections with local stakeholders and regional ESG entities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Undergraduate degree in environmental science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Thorough understanding of ESG principles and procedures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in tactical planning at a regional scale, aligning with global strategies.
  • Strong communication and partnership abilities, capable of collaborating with remote teams and associates.
  • Minimum of three years of involvement in an ESG-focused position.
  • History of adding value and ingenuity in the ESG domain.
