YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Data Center Sustainability and ESG Specialist within the Global Real Estate and Facility organization (GRF) will be instrumental in supporting the sustainability and ESG initiatives of SAP's data centres under the functional lead of the Data Center Sustainability and ESG Expert. The role is crucial for successful execution of the company's ESG strategy and Net Zero roadmap in its data centre portfolio.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science or related field. Understanding of sustainability standards in data centre environments, preferable if familiar with EU / German ESG legislation and regulation. At least three years of experience in supporting the implementation of global sustainability and ESG strategies within a data centre environment with portfolios larger than 1MW capacity. Proven experience of working in and with globally distributed teams. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with colleagues, senior leaders, external partners, and suppliers. Demonstrated ability in contributing to value creation and innovation for Data Center Efficiency and Operations.ABOUT THE TEAM
