**Student for the Master Thesis CSRD (m/w/d)**
**Thema**:
Optimierung der Nachhaltigkeit in den Bereichen Energiemanagement, Umwelt
- und Ressourcenmanagement, Energie
- und Umwelttechnik, Umweltwissenschaft usw.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Projektorganisation (Meilensteinplanung, Ressourcenplanung)
- Durchführung einer Wesentlichkeitsanalyse
- Festlegung der wesentlichen Themen auf Bais der Wesentlichkeitsanalyse
- Gap-Analyse der bestehenden GRI-Berichterstattung zur neuen ESRS-Berichterstattung
- Definition von konkreten quantitativen Zielen (KPIs) unter Berücksichtigung der Ergebnisse der Wesentlichkeitsanalyse und der ESRS-Anforderungen
- Festlegung von Prozessen und Strukturen zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen, Konzepten und Aktionsplänen
- Abfrage der Datenverfügbarkeit durch Interviews mit relevanten Abteilungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Schließung der identifizierten Lücken
- Entwicklung einer Vorgehensweise für die kontinuierliche Datenbereitstellung
- Erstellung eines Berichts auf Grundlage der erhobenen Daten und der ESRS-Anforderungen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Masterstudiengang im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Proaktives Denken und Handeln
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
