Role Overview:- In this thesis, you will investigate contemporary methodologies and technologies within the realm of Generative AI.
- You will assess current internal communication frameworks and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Additionally, you will devise a conceptual model for employing Generative AI to refine internal communication processes.
- Your responsibilities will include the development and testing of a prototype aimed at addressing the identified improvement areas.
- Finally, you will analyze the outcomes and formulate recommendations for practical application.
- Educational Background: Pursuing studies in Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
- Skills and Experience: Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Personal Attributes: A collaborative team player with strong analytical and structured thinking, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, independence, a solution-oriented mindset, and a high degree of self-motivation to ensure the success of the thesis.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English.
Duration: 4 months
