Job Opportunity: Thesis in Streamline Internal Corporate Communication

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to conduct research on current approaches and technologies in the field of Generative AI, with a focus on optimizing internal communication structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing internal communication structures and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a conceptual framework for using Generative AI to optimize internal communication
  • Implement and test a prototype that addresses the identified areas for improvement
  • Evaluate the results and derive recommendations for practical implementation
Requirements:
  • Studies in Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, or comparable field
  • MS Office skills
  • Team player with analytical, structured, communicative, and solution-oriented skills
  • Very good command of German and English
