**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Gestaltung und Etablierung eines Geschäftsprozesses für Allokationsplanung in der Knauf Gruppe
- Business Lead im Change Management zwischen Senior Level, Fachbereich und IT
- Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Mitarbeiterschulungen und -workshops
- Sicherstellen der nachhaltigen Verankerung des Allokationsmanagements in den Unternehmen der Knauf Gruppe
- Mitarbeit beim internationalen Rollout

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ergänzender Weiterbildung z.B. als Fachwirt oder ähnlich
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Allokationsmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse in den entsprechenden Modulen einer ERP Software
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft
