Associate Specialist, Clinical Research

Unsere für klinische Studien und Pharmakovigilanz zuständigen Teams sind für die Durchführung von Studien verantwortlich, die die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit neuer Arzneimittel und Impfstoffe sowie neuer Indikationen bereits auf dem Markt befindlicher Produkte zwecks behördlicher Zulassung nachweisen sollen. Durch Einsatz von Technologien, die dem neuesten Stand der Technik entsprechen, und Anwendung strengster wissenschaftlicher und ethischer Standards genügen unsere klinischen Studien den höchsten Qualitätsanforderungen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unserem Standort Schwabenheim suchen wir Sie als Associate Specialist, Clinical Research (m/w/d) ab sofort, 2 Jahre befristet und in Vollzeit.
**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:
- Durchführung von Papier
- und elektronischen klinischen Studien unter der Leitung des Clinical Study Team Leaders
- Unterstützung der Planung/Organisation von klinischen Studien (Feld
- und Laborstudien)
- Etikettierung der Prüfpräparate nach Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Organisation der Logistik für die ausgewählten Prüftierärzte oder Labore: Studienprodukt, Kontrollprodukt, Etikettierung, Studienmaterial, Studiendokumentation,
- Mitarbeit bei der Studienanmeldung / -Genehmigung für die ausgewählte Prüftierärzte an die lokalen oder Bundesbehörden
- Durchführung der User Acceptance Tests
- Monitoren von klinischen Studien in Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland nach Good Clinical Practice, anderen Richtlinien und globalen bzw. lokalen SOPs
- 100% Prüfung von Rohdaten, Inventur der Studienmedikation, Verfassen von Monitoring Visit Berichten.
- Bearbeitung der Rückfragen nach Dateneingabe und QA Audit der Rohdaten
- Mitglied des klinischen Studienteams, Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Besprechungen; regelmäßige Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Animal Health R&D Standorten (z.B. Boxmeer).
**Ihr Profil**:
- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Teamfähigkeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Flexibilität
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise; sehr gute Organisation
- und Planungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen (bis zu 30%)
