- Die Durchführung der Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. der Konten- und Saldenabstimmung gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung von Zahlungseingängen, sowie das Verbuchen und Einspielen von elektronischen Kontoauszügen
- Du erfasst und wertest Rechnungsreklamationen aus
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört ebenfalls die Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen, Kontenklärung, das Mahnwesen und die dazugehörige Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Kund:innen
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechpartner:in in Bezug auf Zahlungen und Klärung von offenen Posten und verantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement
Wir bieten
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Bürokauffrau/-mann
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, besitzt die nötige Zahlenaffinität und zeichnest dich durch eine sehr gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie große Flexibilität aus
- Du verfügst über einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist und arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend
- Neuem stehst Du positiv gegenüber und verfügst über eine verbindliche sowie klare Kommunikationweise
- Dein Profil wird durch gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) und einen sehr guten Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen abgerundet, SAP-Kenntnisse wären wünschenswert
