GLOBAL KEY USER/ PURCHASING WOOD (M/F/D):

Your exiting tasks:

  • Business process consultancy: process analysis, conception, and support implementation of SAP processes in purchasing
  • Supporting and ensuring global harmonization of business processes across countries
  • Coordinating Local Key Users and ensuring their availability and skill set
  • Organizing knowledge transfer across the different sites
  • Continuous improvement of business processes as well as the coordination and monitoring of change implementation
  • Training Local Key Users and creation of process documentation and (global) training material

Your professional profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in conception, definition, customizing and implementation of purchasing processes in SAP in manufacturing companies
  • Strong project management and communication skills (to all levels of the organization)
  • Proven track record in successfully working across multiple teams and international locations
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Wood specific purchasing processes required
  • SAP S4/HANA knowledge in purchasingrelated modules
  • Methodical approach and good technical understanding
  • Social competence, team spirit and commitment
  • English fluent level, German on a profound level
  • Willingness to travel around 2030%
