Die EKF - diagnostic GmbH ist ein internationaler Spezialist auf dem Gebiet der In-Vitro-Diagnostik. Wir entwickeln, fertigen und vertreiben Blutanalysegeräte zur Unterstützung der ärztlichen Diagnosestellung sowie für den Einsatz in medizinischen Einrichtungen und klinischen Laboratorien.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
Import-/Exportabwicklung, einschließlich der engen Kommunikation mit externen Zoll-/Spediteuren, Kunden, Lieferanten und Behörden
Exportkontrolle, wie z.B. Prüfung von Sanktionslisten, Embargosituationen, Genehmigungsverfahren und Materialklassifizierung
Abfrage, Pflege und Meldung von Außenhandelsdaten (Tarifierung und Klassifizierung)
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Zoll- und Ausfuhrbestimmungen, einschließlich des deutschen Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrechts sowie der US- Ausfuhrbestimmungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Speditions- und Logistikbereich oder vergleichbar
Zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Zusammenarbeit sowie Kontaktbereitschaft als Teamplayer,
sehr gute Kenntnisse in zolltechnischen und außenwirtschaftlichen Verfahren/Richtlinien
Know-how in der Dokumentenabwicklung, Incoterms, Warentarifnummern und Exportkontrolle
Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, ERP-Systemen und anderen Programmen (z.B. ATLAS und IVEAS)
Durchsetzungskraft, interkulturelle Kompetenz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
