Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the development area of test stand technology with a focus on fuel cell and electrolysis test stands
• Leadership of an interdisciplinary development team consisting of hardware and software developers
• Timely and quality-oriented development of components and functions for test stands
• Coordination of strategies for new products and product optimizations with the specialist departments
• Continuous expansion and qualification of the team, initiation of qualifications
• Budget and investment planning for the area
• Design and optimization of development processes, methods, and tools within the area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's, Master's, or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience as a leader in research and development of complex mechatronic systems, preferably in test stand construction or special machine construction
• Confident and sovereign appearance combined with high customer orientation
• Motivation of the team to achieve excellent results
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
