Your tasks

Supporting the sales force and key account management as well as the medical and marketing departments in the context of cooperation with HCPs regarding contract design and conclusion as well as payment transactions Ongoing contact by telephone and e-mail with internal customers to generate and ensure ongoing service and appropriate solutions Taking over external contract negotiations and making the corresponding adjustments to the HCP cooperation contracts on your own responsibility Communicating the status of problems and their solutions to internal and external customers and other relevant parties Coordination of process changes and maintenance of internal regulations and work instructions User support for the ENGAGE tool Internal expert for medical and field service contracts for all special constellations

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office administrator, with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in contract management Several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of contract coordination with a focus on legal or compliance issues or in the pharmaceutical industry Experience in project and process management Knowledge of ethical standards and codes in the pharmaceutical industry and enjoy dealing with contractual issues Experience in advising teams and individual employees on specialist issues Experience in cross-functional collaboration and in working with external stakeholders (HCPs) High solution orientation and affinity for IT systems Very good German and good written and spoken English skills Good level of assertiveness Strong organizational and coordination skills
