Stellenbeschreibung: Die ccm cash & contol management gmbh ist ein internes Dienstleistungsunternehmen der Triathlon Unternehmensgruppe, das sich mit Finanzbuchhaltung, Lohnbuchhaltung, Verwaltung, Mahnwesen und Zahlungsverkehr befasst. Zur Verstärkung ihres Teams suchen sie einen Payroll Spezialisten (m/w/d) für die Standorte in Seligenporten und Fürth.
- Erstellung der termingerechten Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlicher Aspekte (inklusive Zeitlohn)
- Bearbeitung von abrechnungsrelevanten Aufgaben im Rahmen der Eintritts- und Austrittsprozesse
- Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern, Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie anderen Behörden
- Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen im Rahmen der Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung
- Pflege sämtlicher Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
- Kontenabstimmung mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Mitwirkung in HR-Projekten
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Erfahrung im Abrechnungsprogramm SP_Data von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
