  • Du bist ein Allrounder, denn du begeisterst dich für Projektarbeit, behältst den Überblick bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Analysen und überzeugst beim Halten von Präsentationen.
  • Du denkst strategisch und nutzt Auswertungen und Forschungen, um unsere integrierte Bewegtbildplanung stetig zu hinterfragen und auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
  • Du hast den Markt fest im Blick, bewertest neue Player und prüfst fortlaufend die Relevanz für unsere Umsetzungen.
  • Du berätst deine Kolleg*Innen und den Kunden empathisch, umfassend und professionell.
  • Du setzt zur richtigen Zeit auf Pragmatismus, weißt aber auch, wann es an der Zeit ist, tiefer ins Detail einzusteigen.
  • Bei dir laufen alle Fäden zusammen: Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Tagesgeschäfts mit und stehst dabei zwecks Abstimmung im engen Kontakt mit internen Abteilungen, Kunden und Vermarktern.

Darum du

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne in Marketingkommunikation.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einer Mediaagentur oder in einem ähnlichen Berufsfeld.
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in der strategischen Kundenberatung und überzeugst mit deinem Wissen im Bereich TV und Online Video.
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit, weißt mit Zahlen sicher und sorgfältig umzugehen und denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus.
  • Du kennst dich mit MS Office aus, insbesondere mit Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen und hast Lust, Mitglied eines dynamischen Teams zu werden, das dir exzellentes Teamwork und die neuesten Tools zur Verfügung stellt.
