Wir suchen für unseren Standort Hamburg (Hafencity) aktuell einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für den Bereich Active Sourcing im regionalen Talent Acquisition Team. Unser Team sucht und gewinnt die passenden Talente für Danfoss in Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Belgien und den Niederlanden. Dabei sprechen wir auch unternehmensseitig geeignete Kandidaten proaktiv über Karrierenetzwerke an, um zusätzliche Profile zu generieren.
Job ResponsibilitiesZu deinen Aufgaben gehören beispielsweise:
- Übernahme eigener Aufträge im Active Sourcing zur Identifikation und proaktive Ansprache geeigneter Profile auf LinkedIn und Xing
- Support im Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Verfassen von Nachrichtenvorlagen, Terminkoordination, Bewerbermanagement)
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Interviews
Entlang dieser Tätigkeiten arbeitest du in einem internationalen Team mit regelmäßigen Einblicken in weitere Projekte zu den Themen Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding oder Talent Development – dabei ist dein Input immer willkommen.
