Your Role with Us

You will assist our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and attracting new talent for our rapidly expanding Client Service Team. Your primary focus will be on students and recent graduates. By bringing your innovative ideas to the table, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of our recruitment processes and initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and communicating with our candidates
  • Developing talent pools and identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) and candidate platforms (LinkedIn, BrightNetwork, JobTeaser)
  • Proactively reaching out to candidates through personalized messages and expanding a large talent community
  • Enhancing our employer brand both online and offline

What You Bring:

  • Enrollment and active study at a university with a focus on business administration, economics, psychology, etc., ideally with a specialization in human resources management, marketing, or a related field
  • Interest in diverse activities within recruitment and university marketing, as well as current trends in the field of internet/social media
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in writing (in both German and English); prior practical experience in direct sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus
  • Structured and independent working style; team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

What You Can Expect from Us:

  • Flexible working hours to help you successfully balance your studies and work responsibilities
  • Ideally, you will work approximately 20 hours per week
  • Throughout your entire student assistant role, your team in our Hamburg and London offices will be available for any questions you may have
  • Compensation: €16 per hour

Our rapidly growing office in the heart of Hamburg offers a unique atmosphere: with around 40 employees, we maintain a size where everyone knows each other and values collaboration (Monday to Thursday in the office, remote work on Fridays).
