Join our team at the new Operations Center in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
What to expect in this role:
- Exclusive onboarding training as part of the starter team directly from Microsoft experts.
- Play a crucial role in building and ensuring smooth operation of our Microsoft Cloud Services platform from the ground up. Your work will pave the way for a secure and resilient digital administration.
- Monitor our platform at the Sovereign Cloud Operations Center and ensure seamless network operations to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
- Design and optimize network operations for maximum stability and security.
- Drive continuous improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness through optimization of standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and playbooks.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve network issues, conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify and solve underlying problems.
- Implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Act as a point of contact for hardware and connectivity providers to ensure optimal support services.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum of three years of experience in building and operating network infrastructure, preferably in WAN environments.
- Extensive experience with network operating systems from various providers (e.g., Junos-Evo, NXOS, IOS-XR) and network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VLANs, VxLAN/EVPN, and VRF).
- Experience in operating complex and critical enterprise services.
- Quick grasp of technological concepts and some experience in applying, expanding, and writing technical principles.
- Ideal to have certifications in Microsoft Azure or CCNP, JNCIP.
