Cloud Network Operations Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the development of a Sovereign Cloud tailored for governmental needs, leveraging Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge technological advancements and significantly influence the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive onboarding training facilitated by Microsoft specialists as part of the initial team.
  • Play an essential role in establishing and maintaining our Microsoft Cloud Services platform, ensuring a secure and efficient digital framework.
  • Oversee the Sovereign Cloud Operations Center to guarantee uninterrupted network functionality that adheres to the highest operational standards.
  • Design and enhance network operations to achieve optimal stability and security.
  • Continuously refine processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness through the optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Support Guides (TSGs), and Playbooks.
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve network challenges, perform thorough root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures against future incidents.
  • Collaborate with hardware and connectivity vendors to ensure superior support services.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in developing and managing network infrastructure, particularly in Wide Area Network (WAN) settings.
  • Proficiency with various network operating systems and protocols.
  • Experience in managing complex and critical enterprise-level services.
  • A solid grasp of technological principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure, CCNP, or JNCIP.
