Um die Geschäftsentwicklung in **Deutschland** zu unterstützen, suchen wir einen **Ernährungsberater (m/w/d)** für unser lokales Team.
Ihre Homebase ist optimalerweise in **München** und ihr verantwortliches Gebiet ist im Süd Osten von Deutschland, daher steht für Sie in dieser Position auch ein Firmenwagen zur Verfügung.
**Aufgaben**
- **Durchführung von Ernährungsberatungstagen im Geschäft - **während derer Sie mit Kunden interagieren, den Verkauf von Farmina-Produkten vorantreiben und Kunden mit unserem Ernährungsservice unterstützen.
- **In-Store-Ernährungsberatungsaktivitäten - **Durchführung von Ernährungsberatungsaktionen nach den Farmina-Standards unter Verwendung der Kommunikations
- und Branding-Tools von Farmina.
- **Schulung der Mitarbeiter im POS - Schulung und **Information der POS-Mitarbeiter über Farmina-Produkte, das Lesen von Etiketten, die Schulung zum Thema Ernährung und die Unterstützung bei all ihren Fragen zu unseren Produkten, Philosophie und Ernährung.
- **Follow-up Ernährungsunterstützung für den Endkunden über die Farmina-Informatik-Tools -**Der Ernährungsberater unterstützt den Endverbraucher bei der Ernährung seiner Haustiere durch Farmina-Tools (Web-App) und eine spezifische Schulung, die das Wissen über Ernährung erweitert. Kontakt mit den Pet Parents per Telefon, SMS und der mobilen App, um regelmäßig einen maßgeschneiderten Ernährungsberatungsservice anzubieten.
- **Merchandising-Aktivität -** Positionierung von Produkten in den Regalen nach Farmina-Standards, Verwaltung der Dispositionen der Produkte und Verwendung aller Werbe
- und Merchandising-Tools. Merchandising am POS, das Verfallsdatum auf den Verpackungen, reinigen der Regale, Umplatzierungen uw.
- **Probenahme im Freien - **Einbeziehung der Verbraucher in öffentliche Einrichtungen in Hundeparks, Bauernmärkten oder Veranstaltungen im Freien, bei denen Tiereltern anwesend sind, um über Farmina zu diskutieren. Neben der Aufklärung der Tiereltern werden Sie daran arbeiten, den Verbrauchern einen Farmina-Ernährungsplan zu senden.
**Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Fachkenntnisse**:
Sie sind eine selbst motivierte Person, die diszipliniert und erfolgsorientiert ist. Das tägliche Aufgabenmanagement, erreichen von KPI's und arbeiten im Teams sind für Sie keine Qual, sondern die Voraussetzung erfolgreich zu sein.
