Für den Standort in Hamburg suchen wir im Bereich der strategischen und operativen Sortimentsgestaltung der Shell Convenience Stores nach einem Customer Insights and Performance Manager (m/w/d).


Aufgaben
  • Sie generieren kundenspezifische Insights für die Shell Conviences Stores über unterschiedliche Produktkategorien hinweg.
  • Sie analysieren Werttreiber und Markttrends, die einen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung Ihrer Kategorien haben.
  • In Ihrer Hand liegt die Definition und Einführung wirkungsvoller Performance Indikatoren zur Messung und Steuerung der Kategorieperformance.
  • Sie bringen Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen zusammen und sind für die aussagekräftige Visualisierung und das Reporting verantwortlich.
  • Daraus erarbeiten Sie erste Ableitungen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Sales und Category Management und beschäftigen sich mit der Ausgestaltung des Pricings.
  • Als Profi teilen Sie Ihr Insights Wissen proaktiv und gewinnbringend mit Ihren Stakeholdern (z.B. Category Management) und steuern den jährlichen Planungsprozess.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen, wie z.B. aus dem Bereich Data Science.

Profil
  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL o.ä.).
  • Sie haben idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Consumer / Customer / Shopper Insights bzw. Analytics und/oder Category Performance auf Handels- oder Industrieseite oder im Marktforschungsumfeld. Nice to have: Sie kennen das Shop- / Convience-Geschäft.
  • Im Umgang mit komplexen Datenmengen fühlen Sie sich zu Hause und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Zahlenverständnis zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Sie bringen praktische Anwendererfahrung mit statistischen Analysen und Tools mit (z.B. Alteryx, Spotfire und Power BI).
  • Sie schätzen es im Team zu arbeiten, sind neugierig und lassen nicht locker, um aus einer Vielzahl von Informationen, wertvolle Antworten für Ihre Stakeholder zu generieren.
  • Sie überzeugen durch einen kommunikativen und überzeugungsstarken Auftritt und fühlen sich in einem Umfeld wohl, in dem Sie was verändern und bewegen können.
  • Sie sprechen sehr gutes Englisch.
