Verantwortlich für die entsprechende Betriebsfähigkeit und Versorgungssicherheit des Betriebs.

**Aufgaben**
Teamentwicklung
- Festlegen von Teamzielen gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Teambildung mit dem Ziel, Individuen zu einer effektiv und effizient zusammenarbeitenden Gemeinschaft zu entwickeln
- Motivation der Mitarbeiter, Mentoring

Teamführung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitern der Fachbereiche (Elektrische Infrastruktur, Kälteerzeugung/Kälteverteilung oder HLKS) für die Personen und Einsatzplanung
- Vorbereiten und Leiten von Teambesprechungen
- Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen (u. a. Zielvereinbarungsgespräche& 1:1 Gespräche)
- Mitarbeiterbewertungen durchführen
- Mitarbeiterqualifizierung planen und koordinieren (Schulungen, Trainings, EOP's&SOP's)

Operatives Tagesgeschäft
- Verantwortlich für die Freigaben von Arbeiten im Bereich der kritischen Infrastruktur
- Verantwortlich für die Störungsabarbeitung gemeinsam mit den Schichtmitarbeitern (Salesforce, Root cause Analysis)
- Planung von Inspektions-, Instandhaltungs
- und Reparaturarbeiten für Anlagen und Systeme gemäß anerkannten Regeln der Technik (DIN EN, VDE, VDI usw.), in Anlehnung an die GEFMA und NTT Vorgaben
- Koordination und Kontrolle von externen Wartungsfirmen
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung "Instandhaltung,Wartung&Personal"
- Erstellen von Risikobewertungen bei Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Auswertung der regelmäßigen, fachspezifischen GLT Daten (Gebäudeleittechnik)
- Mitwirkend bei der energetischen und sicherheitstechnischen Optimierung der bestehenden Anlagen
- Unterstützungsleistung bei Projektierungen von Nachinstallationen und Ausbauarbeiten im laufenden Betrieb, an aktiven Betriebssystemen
- Mitwirkend bei der Auslegung und Vorplanung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für Bestandsumbau und -ausbau sowie Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Dokumentation und Überprüfung aller Tätigkeiten in den EDV-technische, betriebsrelevanten CAFM-Tools

Sonstige Aufgaben
- Pflege und Einrichtung der EDV gestützten Hilfsmittel (Applikationen)
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung des Schulungsplanes
- Organisation von und Teilnahme an internen und externen Besprechungen wie z. B. Abteilungs-Jour Fixe, Koordinations-Jour Fixe
- Bei Bedarf, Unterstützungsleistung für die anderen Fachbereiche

**Aufgaben**
