Als (Senior) Strategy & Growth Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du in unserem Headquarter in München
eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens. Du leitest und koordinierst Projekte von hoher strategischer Bedeutung und unterstützt unseren CEO Klaus bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensstrategien. Zudem arbeitest du eng mit unserem Chief of Staff Flo zusammen und kannst dein entrepreneurial Mindset voll ausleben.   • Corporate Strategy : Als Berater:in unterstützt du den CEO direkt bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer Unternehmensstrategien. Danke deiner ausgeprägten analytischen und strategischen Denkweise triffst du fundierte Entscheidungen und entwickelst innovative Lösungen für yoummday
  • Innovationsmanagement : Du treibst Innovationsprojekte voran, evaluierst neue Geschäftsideen und Technologien und implementierst diese in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um den Innovationsprozess im Unternehmen zu fördern
  • Projektsteuerung : Als Projektmanager:in leitest und koordinierest du strategische, abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten. Du erstellst Projekt- und Zeitpläne, allokierst Ressourcen und überwachst die Einhaltung der Projektmeilensteine und -KPIs
  • Stakeholdermanagement : Du identifizierst Owner:innen und Projektbeteiligte aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und förderst die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, um eine reibungslosten Projektumsetzung und -kommunikation sicherzustellen

Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium an einer renommierten Universität und bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Strategieberatung oder im Start-up-/Scale-up-Bereich mit
  • Du konntest deine analytische und strategische Denkweise bereits im Projektmanagement , und der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Beweis stellen
  • Deine proaktive , ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie deine hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten erlauben es dir, sicher mit deinen Stakeholder:innen zu interagieren und funktionsübergreifende Teams lateral zu leiten
  • Du verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
