Ihre Aufgaben
Eigenständige Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung globaler personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse als Bindeglied zwischen HR- und IT-Bereich sowie externen Partnern Selbständige Analyse, Definition und Prüfung der eingehenden Anforderungen für HR-Systeme unter Berücksichtigung des End-to-End Ansatzes Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemen mit Schwerpunkt für das Mastersystem SAP HCM Gehaltsabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft Deutschland Durchführung des jährlichen / monatlichen Prozesses in SuccessFactors Compensation und variable Pay im globalen Kontext und Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Schnittstellen zu ServiceNow für HR Services im Shared Service Center, Aconso Dokumentenmanagement System und Digitale Personalakte von OpenText Steuerung der Test- und Qualitätssicherung mit Qualitätssicherungssystem Jira mit lokaler und globaler Ausrichtung bis hin zur finalen Freigabe gegenüber der IT für Änderungen und Neuimplementierungen in den HR-Systemen Betreuung und Verantwortung für lokale und globale Projekte Unterstützung des global HR Data Domain Managements (z.B. Datenlöschung, Datenqualitätssicherungsmaßnahme definieren, Zugriffrechtesteuerung etc.) unter Einhaltung von regulatorischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung bzw. Überprüfung von gesetzes-konformen technischen Anwendungs-Konzepten und -Beschreibungen bei Systemänderungen und Neuimplementierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT bzw. den anfordernden StellenIhr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im HR-Umfeld Tiefgreifende Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, insbesondere SAP HCM oder SuccessFactors Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Produkten (insbesondere Excel) und hohe IT-Affinität Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohes Maß an analytischer und systematischer Denkweise in Kombination mit Kommunikationsstärke Interkulturelle Sensibilität und internationale TeamfähigkeitUnser Angebot
