Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder der Rechtswissenschaften mit Immobilien-Schwerpunkt oder im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Konzern oder Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich Real Estate Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Portfolioanalysen und entsprechender Folgeaktivitäten Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und fundierte Kenntnisse fachspezifischer IT-Programme, wie z.B.
