Your Mission

  • Contribute to the strategic advancement of global recruiting
  • Support international projects in Talent Attraction, such as Candidate Experience, Social Media, Podcast, Onboarding, and Interview Training
  • Assist in the development of tools, instruments, processes, and guidelines
  • Help implement designed measures, including training, workshops, or preparation of informational materials, documents, and evaluations
  • Organize and participate in international exchange rounds
  • Undertake administrative and coordination tasks

Your Talents

  • Ongoing studies in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication, openness, and organizational skills
  • Quick comprehension and ability to work independently and responsibly
