As part of the Reverse Logistics Group, the Talent team supports the 360 recruitment for RLG HQ in Dornach.

We are currently looking for a new member of the Talent Acquisition team in the role as:

Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/d)

Your key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting for various departments to strengthen RLG ́s rapidly growing teams.
• Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool, a proper sparring partner
• Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
• Supporting and taking on tasks to facilitate becoming an employer of choice

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed an HR or economics degree or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained relevant practical experience in recruiting.
• You show a passionate drive and control your projects with a keen sense of ownership.
• In addition to solid MS Office skills (Office 365), you are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
