As part of the Reverse Logistics Group, the Talent team supports the 360 recruitment for RLG HQ in Dornach. We are currently looking for a new member of the Talent Acquisition team in the role as:
**Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/d)**

Your key responsibilities include:

- Recruiting for various departments to strengthen RLG´s rapidly growing teams.
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool, a proper sparring partner
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
- Supporting and taking on tasks to facilitate becoming an employer of choice

Your Profile:

- You have successfully completed an HR or economics degree or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained relevant practical experience in recruiting.
- You show a passionate drive and control your projects with a keen sense of ownership.
- In addition to solid MS Office skills (Office 365), you are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
