Your Tasks:
Your Leadership responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 Market Development Managers and 2 Sales Engineers being responsible for the EU market
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team and individual targets
- Oversee daytoday operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- You are responsible for the TOP 10 partners in the DACH market
- Create new opportunities and developing new partnerships
- Manage and developing existing partnerships
- Define and acquire new partnerships, build trusted partner relationships
- Identify and analyse competitors
- Create marketing strategies and commercial tools
- Work close with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure future planning
Your Profile: - Experience in eMobility is mandatory
- 3+ years of experience as a Market or Business Developer
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership position
- Elementary experience in strategic planning and sales
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Fundamental background in account managing
- Fundamental Salesforce knowledge
- Depth knowledge of the DACHmarket
- Ability to work for a challenging topic in a selfmotivated and effective way
