Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at HR Consult Group AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our software development teams, driving strategic planning and project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage software development teams to achieve business objectives and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for software development projects, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development of a modern practice management system, taking into account regulatory requirements, market trends, and technological advancements such as cloud computing and software as a service (SaaS).
- Ensure the high quality and performance of software solutions through effective requirements management, code reviews, and continuous process optimization.
- Foster the professional development and motivation of team members through regular feedback, training, and team-building initiatives.
- Plan and manage budgets, resources, and project timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly sales and customer service.
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Several years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and experience with cloud technologies and SaaS models.
- Understanding of the requirements of the telematics infrastructure (TI) and other regulations in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading large development teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
