  • Du bist die Verbindung zwischen Auftraggebern und dem Operationsteam, verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung unserer Talente.
  • Du sicherst die Einhaltung der KPIs durch präzise Forecasts, identifizierst kurzfristige Über- und Unterbesetzungen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab.
  • Du kommunizierst intern bezüglich Ressourcenplanung, arbeitest eng mit Teamleads, Trainern und Quality Analysten zusammen.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Forecasts und Reportings, analysierst Abweichungen, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Dashboards und Performanceanalysen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicherzustellen.
PROFILANFORDERUNGEN
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Workforce Management oder der Personaleinsatzplanung, idealerweise im Contact Center Umfeld.
  • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse von Auftraggebern und Call Center Agents, kannst auf Augenhöhe agieren und Projekte professionell steuern.
  • Du bist ein Excel-Profi mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten, denkst unternehmerisch und kannst Ergebnisse klar visualisieren.
  • Du legst Wert auf Qualität, arbeitest gewissenhaft und strukturiert, bist flexibel und meisterst auch sich ändernde Situationen.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän mit allen Stakeholdern, vertrittst deine Argumente diplomatisch und überzeugst mit einem Hauch Humor.
