Responsibilities that will advance you:

  • You will take on the roles of Business Continuity Management Manager and Crisis Manager.
  • You will focus on the resilience and business continuity of REWE digital.
  • You will be involved in expanding, operating, and monitoring a Business / IT-Service Continuity Management System (BCMS / IT-SCM), including expanding and leading the BCM and crisis organization at REWE digital.
  • You will assist in fulfilling organizational and technical requirements in compliance with regulations, focusing on BCM / IT-SCM.
  • You will develop and maintain guidelines, concepts, policies, and work instructions related to BCM.
  • You will support departments in conducting Business Impact Analyses and deriving Business Continuity Plans.
  • You will coordinate and conduct awareness and training initiatives.
  • You will assist in handling emergencies and coordinate emergency and crisis teams.
  • You will collaborate closely with BCM and crisis management at the REWE Group, data protection, IT-GRC, information security in central and local functions.
  • You will assist in planning and conducting possible internal or external audits.

  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on (business) informatics, Business/IT-Service Continuity Management, or crisis management.
  • You have extensive experience in establishing and operating Business Continuity Management, including planning and conducting emergency and crisis tests.
  • You are well-versed in common BCM standards and can quickly familiarize yourself with new standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
