In dieser Rolle baust du den Bereich Informationssicherheit auf und stellst ein erstklassiges Team zusammen. Dabei entwickelst du den Bereich zu einer weiteren wichtigen Umsatzsäule von Proliance und gestaltest die Zukunft des Unternehmens aktiv mit.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Aufbau des Bereichs Informationssicherheit sowie eines erstklassigen Teams
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produkts Informationssicherheit in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Product-Team
- Ansprechpartner und Beratung für unsere Kund:innen in allen Belangen rund um die Informationssicherheit sowie im Speziellen zum Aufbau von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen, insb. nach der ISO/IEC 27001 und TISAX
- Auditierung von Kund:innen zum aktuellen Status Quo ihrer Informationssicherheit
- Support des Privacy Teams zu technischen Anfragen im Datenschutz
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing-, Sales
- und Produkt-Team
**Was bringst Du mit**:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften) bzw. eine gleichwertige Aus
- bzw. Weiterbildung absolviert
- Du blickst auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Managementsystemen, idealerweise von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen, zurück
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über relevante Zertifizierungen wie ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT oder ITIL
- Eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und fließende Englischkenntnisse
